HISTORY

At Juster, where tradition meets modernity, we’re keeping the tavern culture of Kellerberg, which owes its name to the numerous old cellar taverns from the 18th and 19th centuries, alive. But it’s not just the place itself; the name “Juster” also carries a piece of history with it.

The Juster (Franz Juster b. 1902 , † 1978) was a child of the turn of the century. Working as a scrap dealer, he was instrumental in the creation of the first Schillings. Work was his passion. Work was his passion. A visit to the wine tavern was his time out …

Our passion is hard work … for your time out …

The Juster, with its impressive wine cellar vaults, is a restaurant in a modern ambience with all the flair of yesteryear. Come and spend an evening in fine company with a good glass of wine and great Austrian food.
